Before you book one of our courses/workshops, please take a few minutes to read our terms:

Cancellation Policy

Refunds must be made in writing 14 days before the date of the course and sent to:

The correspondence must include the:

·       reason for the request

·       title and date of the course or workshop

 

Please note that such a cancellation will incur a £15 processing charge.  Or a credit note can be given for the duration of 12 months at our discretion.

Any cancellations within 14 days of the course start date or non-attendance on the day are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you wish to re-schedule a course that you have booked you must contact us by email charleslinda@hotmail.com 14 days before the start date of the course.  A £15 processing charge will be incurred.

Courses may not be rescheduled by the attendee within 14 days of the course start date.

​

We reserve the right to change venues and/or reschedule courses in exceptional circumstances.  Anyone who cannot attend the rescheduled day will be due a full refund or credit note of full value to the original course.

​

There will be no refunds made for any circumstance other than those listed above.
